Cookie Policy

What this page covers
A plain explanation of the cookies and similar technology this site uses, why, and how to control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy rather than replacing it.
Strictly necessary
A small number of cookies are required for the site to function and can't be turned off: a signed-in admin's session, and a client's access to their own event proposal page after entering its password. These are never used to track you across other sites and aren't set until you actually sign in or unlock a proposal.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and page performance in aggregate (which pages get visited, how fast they load). These are built to be privacy-friendly: they don't use persistent tracking identifiers, don't build a profile of you, and don't share data with advertisers.
What we don't use
No advertising or retargeting pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no sale of personal information to third parties.
Your choices
Browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time; ad blockers and tracking-protection features will typically block the analytics scripts automatically. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent admin sign-in and client proposal access from working.
