How much does corporate event production cost?
It depends on the room, agenda and mix of AV, staging and staffing you need. We build a custom quote after a short consultation rather than quoting off a fixed package.
How far in advance should we book for a conference or corporate event?
2 to 4 months is typical, though we regularly accommodate shorter timelines for a single-room booking or a plug-and-play AV rental.
What happens if the AV fails during a keynote or presentation?
Redundant sound and signal equipment is on-site at every event, and our team runs it live rather than handing off to a rental company, so an issue gets caught and fixed in real time, not mid-keynote.
Can you handle a multi-day conference across several rooms?
Yes, that's a core part of what we do: consistent AV standards across every session room, coordinated by one team instead of a different vendor per room.
Do you support hybrid or livestreamed events?
Yes. We handle the camera, streaming and remote-audience audio alongside the in-room AV, so your virtual attendees get the same production quality as the room.
Can you work within our procurement or vendor approval process?
Yes. We regularly work with corporate procurement, insurance and vendor-approval requirements, and can provide the documentation your finance or legal team needs before signing off.
Do you provide event branding, staging and signage?
Yes, through our design and production partners: step-and-repeats, stage branding, signage and other look-and-feel elements are coordinated alongside your AV and entertainment.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We can provide the certificate of insurance and any other documentation your venue or building management requires ahead of the event.
Do you handle smaller events like holiday parties and team celebrations too?
Yes. Holiday parties, team celebrations and other smaller internal events run through the same team as our larger conference and gala work.
