Services
PYRE Entertainment Corporation, operating as PYRE Events ("PYRE," "we," "us"), provides event production services including entertainment, audio-visual production, venue sourcing, and event management and logistics, along with coordination of third-party vendors through our partner network. The specific scope of services for any event is defined in a separate quote or agreement provided directly to the client.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received and a signed agreement is in place, as outlined in your specific quote. Full payment terms, cancellation windows and rescheduling policies are set out in that agreement rather than here, since they vary by event size and service scope.
Third-party vendors
Where PYRE coordinates third-party vendors (catering, photography, staging, decor and similar services) on a client's behalf, those vendors act as independent contractors. PYRE manages the relationship and remains the client's point of contact, but is not itself the provider of those specific services.
Website use
This website and its content are provided for general informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in a way that could disable, damage or impair its operation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photography, copy, logos and design, is the property of PYRE Entertainment Corporation or its licensors, except where a client or partner retains rights over supplied material. Reproduction without permission is not authorized.
Limitation of liability
PYRE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services rendered, beyond what is separately agreed in a signed service agreement.
