Questions couples ask
How much does a wedding DJ and production package cost?
It depends on your venue, guest count and the mix of DJ, lighting, sound and AV you need. We build a custom quote after a short consultation rather than quoting off a fixed package.
How far in advance should we book our wedding DJ and lighting?
6 to 12 months gives you the best access to venues and entertainment, though we regularly work with shorter timelines too.
Do you provide live music as well as a DJ?
Yes. Through our partner network we source live bands, horn sections, string ensembles and specialty musicians alongside or instead of a DJ, and we manage the handoff between live and mixed music so it never feels like two separate vendors.
Do you provide uplighting and dance floor lighting, or just a DJ?
Full lighting and AV production, not just a DJ booth: uplighting, dance floor lighting and sound design are all part of what we build for your reception, alongside DJ and MC services.
Do you MC the reception, or just DJ?
Both are included. Our DJs and MCs work together to run your timeline, introductions, speeches and every transition through the night, not just play music.
Can we build a must-play and do-not-play list?
Yes. We go through your must-plays, do-not-plays and any specific moments (first dance, parent dances, cultural traditions) ahead of time so the night matches what you actually want to hear.
Do you provide ceremony sound as well as reception?
Yes. Ceremony sound, cocktail hour music and reception production are all covered under the same booking, so you're not coordinating separate vendors for each part of the day.
Can you help us find a venue?
Yes. Venue sourcing at exclusive partner rates is part of what we offer, whether you haven't locked in a venue yet or want a second option.
Do you coordinate directly with our wedding planner and venue?
Yes. We regularly work alongside existing planners and venue coordinators, syncing timelines and vendor logistics so everything runs as one plan instead of separate handoffs.
